As a real estate advisor, I seek to offer an individualized and exclusive experience. I’m a trustworthy individual with incredible listening skills, empathy, attention to detail and a willingness to do whatever it takes. I do this calmly with a level head that will allow us to hurry up and slow down when necessary. My previous career provided extensive experience negotiating under challenging conditions; I worked as a teacher to teenagers!

Our two dogs, my beautiful wife Nina, and I share an active and relaxed Okanagan lifestyle. Together the four of us love to explore locally. Family life, camping, outdoor adventures and travel are luxuries we can enjoy, thanks to the beautiful Okanagan and its amenities. I enjoy coaching, yoga, golf, sports, backpacking, volunteering and ice cream!

My Buying Process

I offer personalized and professional service designed to engage your experience, expertise and intelligence and provide information that will empower you to get exactly what you want.

We will have a casual first meeting and if you’re happy we move forward with a second meeting involving disclosures, agency and personal information.

This is where I learn about your needs, hopes, dreams and we determine the next steps for you. I want what you want and in order to do this we need to communicate openly about your desires and align that with the current market. Financing, budgeting, opportunities and how we will work together need to be communicated.

Utilize all my resources to leave no stone unturned and find your perfect home! This process is different for everyone, but whether it’s 1 home or 100 hundred homes I will be with you all the way. When we find your home I will write up, present and negotiate your offer.

Now the work begins! We will use this time to Do A Home Inspection, review all of the documents and relevant information related to your home. It’s been estimated that over 250 professionals will handle the file of a home sale during the entire process. This may include negotiations, stepping away or hopefully the fulfillment of subject conditions to your new home!

I will be working with other professionals (conveyancers, lawyers, brokers, lenders) and taking care of the details to ensure your home purchase completes smoothly. I will also provide resources and reminders for required paperwork and the many little details that go into reaching possession day which is when the deal is really done!

In the few days before and after possession day I will be readily available to deal with any issues that may arise. Depending on your experience and savvy I can mind my own business or provide tips and checklists for moving like pack your plates vertically so they don’t break. Finally, You will have access to all the Century 21 perks and providers, like Frogbox, PODS or our FREE moving truck!

I won’t harass you, but I’m still here as a professional weeks and months later to find out how much you love your new home or to help troubleshoot any issues. I will continue to provide valuable information about your local market so you can remain educated and empowered.

We will have a casual first conversation. Our second meeting will involve disclosures, agency, personal information and a tour of your home.

This is the most important part of our experience together as it sets the stage for a smooth and successful experience. This is frequently referred to as a listing presentation and a comparative market analysis (CMA).

a. Listing Presentation (educate each other)- My primary objective is to learn about you!! I want to know why now, all about your home and what your expectations of me are. I will also SHOW you exactly who/what/when/where and how myself and the team at Century 21 will be of service to you and will exceed your expectations!

b. The CMA- As a professional I will do a deep dive into the current market as it relates to your specific home, so we can have a thoughtful discussion about our strategy for selling your home with the least disruption for the most money.

Time for us to sign the contract & get to work. We will implement our strategy by utilizing all the ELEVATE21 tools for preparing and marketing your home.

Showings, offers, negotiations and acceptance I will be working FOR YOU every step of the way. I work with a limited number of clients to ensure that everything we do together and you do it with ME.
